Beauty Project

Friday, January 4th, 2008

Take 30 photographs that convey the things that you find beautiful. These photographs should be more than just a catalogue or record of items or things you find beautiful. Try to take photographs that show the viewer through your eyes how you see things. Try to evoke that same feeling out of the viewer that you have. The photographs should be:

1. all taken during this class(not before).

2. an attempt at beauty–not last minute junk. Last minute junk is usually someone taking photographs the day it is due as a way to receive some grade.

3. not snapshots.

4. all pictures taken by yourself. If other people shoot the photographs then it is not your work.

5. different. There shouldn’t be the exact same shot with one picture being color and the other being black and white.

6. not using effects.

7. properly rotated.
